How it Works
As a member of MSS, if you find yourself in a situation where you
need urgent professional help, you don't have to worry. All you do is
call us on our dedicated '0800' assistance number, identify yourself and
brief us on the situation - we will do the rest. Our nationwide network
then springs into action, organising and co-ordinating the support you
need, calling your friends or relatives and informing them of your
circumstances.
You won't even need to have money on you either. MSS will not only take
care of any relevant bills, but we will cross-check charges to ensure
that the right prices are being asked for the services provided. You are
then invoiced at a later date, as applicable. All you have to do is
remain with your vessel until help arrives.
